Nabtesco Aerospace, Inc has a Senior Engineer position available in the engineering department of our Redmond, Washington office. This position provides project/design leadership and support to various functional organizations throughout the company to assure delivery of top quality products and services to the customers, and at the same time maintains peak performance within the engineering group.   He/she actively participates in on-going products development projects and serves as a technical interface with Nabtesco Redmond, Nabtesco Japan and customers.

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulics and electronics
• Knowledge of commercial and military aerospace standards
• Knowledge of airplane level requirements and processes
• In-depth understanding of primary flight control actuation
• 10+ years project experience with 3+ years in component design
• Proven success in project planning and leadership with 5+ years
• Ability to interface effectively with customers
• BS, MS, PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace or related fields
